All returns must be received before 30 days of receipt, no exceptions. All returns MUST be authorized with a RMA# issued before the product can be returned and received by WiFi-Plus. Any returned packages without a RMA# will not be accepted. A restocking fee up to 20% will be assessed and that all refunds will be processed as soon as possible from the receipt of the purchased equipment. The returned product must be in it's original packaging with invoice inside of box. Product must be in the same condition as it was sold. Any alteration such as drilling of extra holes, painting, damage or removal of radome or ABS covers will void refund. All cables and connectors must also be returned or that amount will be deducted from the refund amount. All shipping is at the customers expense. WiFi-Plus will not refund or credit shipping. Please make sure that any damaged goods received are reported to that carrier at the time of receipt. Customer is fully responsible for properly re packaging and providing the proper insurance to cover the returned product back to WiFi-Plus.
Warranty and exchanges still need authorization and a RMA# but are not subject to restocking fee or shipping cost policy. If a replacement is needed we will charge you for the replacement product being shipped on your credit card and when we receive the defective product we will issue a credit to your credit card company. There will be a prepaid shipper placed inside the replacement product and must be placed on the box and returned to the shipper.
